From the North:

Travel south on I-294 or I-90/94 to I-80/94. Travel east on I-80/94 across Illinois-Indiana state line to I-65. Travel south on I-65, south of US Route 30, to US Route 231.

Travel west on US Route 231 to Broadway, which is also Indiana Route 53. Turn right and travel north on Broadway/Route 53 to 113th Avenue. Turn right or east. Travel less than one mile to Delaware Parkway. Turn left or north on Delaware Parkway.

DonLevy Laboratories is located on the right at 11165 Delaware Parkway (south of 109th Avenue). If traveling south on Broadway/Route 53, 109th Avenue and 113th Avenue are both located south of U.S. Route 30. Turn left or east on either 109th Avenue or 113th Avenue. DonLevy Laboratories is located between 109th and 113th Avenues on Delaware Parkway. The building has a dark granite exterior.

From the South:

Travel north on I-65 to US Route 231 (Crown Point), which is the exit south of US Route 30. Travel west on US Route 231 to Broadway, which is also Indiana Route 53. Turn right and travel north on Broadway/Route 53 to 113th Avenue. Turn right or east. Travel less than one mile to Delaware Parkway. Turn left or north on Delaware Parkway.
