Food Safety Audits
DonLevy Laboratories offers the service of evaluating food safety at your facility. Our professional staff can provide recommendations and suggestions regarding food safety by observing operations and discussing food safety concerns with plant personnel. Many food safety audits may also require a microbiological assessment audit and collection of environmental samples to determine any microbial risk that may be present. Our staff is also available to audit food manufacturing processes and validate in-plant laboratories.
Our food safety experts are also available to present food safety in the form of a formal presentation. The results of the presentation often lead to further awareness regarding food safety. Our goal is to move from food safety awareness to elimination of risk by implementation of a science-based food safety system designed to prevent spoilage and contamination problems.
